The word anorexia might be unfamiliar for some people but might be familiar for you though you just ever heard about it. So anorexia is an eating disorder. Basically is it psychiatric illness which later could affect someone who later needs to have medical treatment.

It is a feeling of having obesity though actually it is contrary to the fact that is not. Those who sufferers from this kind of illness, they will always consider themselves having obesity. They will always consider themselves too fat and afraid of being fat. Therefore, they will let themselves starve and no eating at all though they are too thin already or suffered to death. They refuse to eat. They don’t want eating sine they think it would make them fat.

This kind of eating disorder usually happens in the young age people especially women. Those you people will find out pro anorexia tips since they need support. People surround them in this case family must be sensitive seeing one of the family member having anorexia symptom. In it is better for them to support him or her to take pro anorexia tips. First, eat your breakfast slowly. It is meant to give ample time to your body to realize that it is full.

Secondly, make sure that every time you eat, give small bites for your food. Cut your food in pieces then put them down and eat them with your fork pieces by pieces and pause in between to have a drink. It will make your food to bloat.

Next, drink a lot of warm water. It will increase your metabolism in your body. It also helps you in burning out the fat from your body.

Then if you have to sit for a longtime, please do not sit idle. Make sure that you keep active though you are sitting for a long time. For example you do tapping your feet or make any activities while you are sitting such as doodling on a paper.

Next thing is avoid eating alone. It is better for you to eat alone or eating in front of Television. Please eat when you only need to eat and do not eat after 7 pm.

  1. Pro anorexia sites are criminal as I have been anorexic for over 10 years. It isnt glamourous it isnt healthy there is no safe way and those who beleive there are safe tips a merely deluded. Its lonely & isolateing although you beleive you are in control it controls you. The ones you hurt are your family and friends as it makes you selfish and blind to their suffering. My mother told me she was grieveing for me and she could not get any support for bereavement, as in the eyes of the world I was alive but she was watching me die slowly infront of her eyes. Sadly my nother is no longer with me and now as I grieve for her i have nothing but regret and self hatred for myself for all I put her through. However everyday i still battle on with the demons in my head. Once anorexic you never really get over it. I wish i had never suffered anorexia so if you are on this site as you are thinking that you may give it a shot useing safe tips let me tell you there are no safe tips there is no going back there is only the constant battle you will have for the rest of your life even if you are in recovery. Anorexia ruins your health and your life. I am currently writeing this haveing eaten nothing all day not because im not hungry but because even though i am in recovery today I was unable to win the battle with the demons in my head. I will never enjoy food ever again, I have spent so much of my life staring into the inside of various toilet bowls and the toilet bowl is where I have flushed alot of my life away.

  2. I am recovered. I am a chunker now and thinking of relapsing. It is a terrible illness that is like an irrational, life long drug addiction. Like smoking. Once you quit either you think about them forever and relapse is high.

    I am 5′7″, fluctuating between 150-170. My disorder now is, when I feel weight loss I panic and eat. Now it has gone the other way, I got fatter than I think. I starve until I feel a rib or hip bone and I freak out inside and eat. Reverse anorexia or something.
    I am serious, you head stays messed up.

    I can’t believe people act as though an eating disorder is a ‘choice’ rather than a mental disease! I don’t even know what else to write because I am astounded at the stupidy of whoever wrote this article.

  4. This is some of the most ridiculous bullshit I have ever heard. Everything about this site shocks and disgusts me. There is no such thing as a ’safe’ anorexia tip. I know that and I’m not even anorexic. The two comments above me from people who are say it all though. I hope that no-one ever takes these seriously, and I think that whoever wrote this article is either an idiot, or has some very serious issues. Possibly with gullibility if someone told them these things.

    What? It’s not natural to always be doing something, sometimes it’s OK to sit and do nothing for a while. Seriously, it is. I do it all the time, and like I said, no anorexia, and I’m not fat. I understand that those of you who are anorexic will likely be under the misapprehension that you are, but trust me, you probably aren’t. Some of the rest of these are priceless though.

    Again, what? Only this time it’s not that it’s a ridiculous concept, I’m just left wondering what this tip is meant to mean. What are you even advising here? You seem to suggest that it is best to avoid eating alone, and instead to eat alone. For fuck’s sake, if your going to hand put dangerous advice, at least try to make it make sense, for your own sake, since it’s not for anyone else’s.

    OK, far be it from me to hand out diet advice, I’m not in any way qualified to do that, but that just plain won’t work. Your body doesn’t detect that it’s full because you’ve been eating for a while. I’m not stupid enough to tell you how it does though, I’m not giving out tips. Perhaps if you do find out the right answer, you’ll find it with some sensible diet advice, along with normal calorie intakes and so on.
    Finally, the ‘doctors’ on this site make me laugh, a lot. No doctor who is still allowed to practice would be caught dead helping anorexics to lose weight, they’re not that stupid. The simple facts are these: anorexia can and does kill. If you have it, seek help. No-one will blame you, and everyone will be on your side to help you recover. It’s a serious illness, and serious illnesses need help from doctors.

  5. look i don’t want to get anorexia or bullimic because if i do i really don’t want to tell my family about it and i really don’t want to be pregnant because if i did then i need to take a test and i don;t want that or tell a GP because if i did then do i really have to take it just like therasea did when jacquie took her to the abortion clinic

  6. Thank you. This is a lot of help. I knew not to eat past 7, but I was skipping breakfast cause I’m not hungry. In fact I never feel hungry anymore. I may give it a try to nibble something early. And the warm water trick is neat. Hope I can get rid of the weight. Cause I am 5′3″ and 148lbs.

    this is so stupid. Do what you want but even though you will feel thin and pretty, your insides are gonna be fucked up…..not a good look when you will end up looking 50 yrs old when you’re only 30 and your meatabolism will be shot to hell too as well as your hair (it falls out from lack of nutrition), skin ( loses elasticity meaning you will wrinkle prematurely), and nails (turn yellow, thin, and brittle)….you only have one body so stop abusing it people….use some common sense…WTF?!
